The hotel was extremely welcoming, accommodating our early check-in request without any issues. The hotel boasts a unique and beautiful decor that pays homage to old Florida mixed with a bohemian theme. Our room was stunning, spotlessly clean, with incredibly comfortable beds and fresh linens. The bed was so cozy that we even planned on inquiring about the mattress brand. The staff was exceptionally friendly and made us feel right at home. The location in downtown Celebration, near Disney, was ideal. The only faults we found were: 1) the abrupt greeting upon arrival, rushing us for check-in with only 20 minutes before our car had to be moved; 2) the lack of clear signage distinguishing the h...
We spent a week at this lovely, bohemian restaurant with a room and balcony overlooking the lake. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the staff provided good service, especially Alexandria (Alix) who was always cheerful and interacted well with all customers. The location by the lake is perfect, being close to Disney and shops. However, we requested housekeeping when we arrived (due to COVID restrictions) but our room was never cleaned and we had to ask for coffee and new towels to be refilled. By our fifth night, we had to ask for the bed linen to be changed and the room to be thoroughly cleaned as the carpets were very dirty, especially during COVID times. The room looked like it...
