The service at this location is terrible. Today, the cashier would complete one order before taking the next, which is not a matter of being short-staffed. I saw employees in the back just standing around and chatting while there were 20 people waiting in line. It was actually quicker to place a mobile order, but even then, it took nearly 20 minutes to get my biscuit and small Borounds. I’m not sure I’ll return.
When Nicole is working, you can count on your food being correct and fresh. Unfortunately, that's not always the case otherwise. I typically avoid going during the afternoons or evenings because the rice is often undercooked, and if they run out of food more than an hour before closing, they won't make more; instead, they simply inform everyone that it's gone.

In having bojangles in the past I finally went on and purchased a 8 piece meal, in a box! took it home for my wife and I enjoy...well worth getting! Fresh tasting, good flavor will be going back!
