Bojangles - Table reservation

DO NOT order from them through doordash. Apparently they give door dash orders whatever they need to get rid of instead what was actually ordered. This is my second time ordering and both experiences were horrible. First time, my chicken legs weren 't much bigger than my thumb. The second time, i did not receive the drinks I ordered, i received 2 sides of green beans instead of the mac and cheese and dirty rice I ordered. I called them to let them know and they tried to put the blame on door dash. I informed them that my receipt was in the bag and it stated what I ordered from doordash.

can always trust them to give them the most disgusting looking and burned berry cookies that they have ever had. I have asked them several times to cook them less, and I will always be given the same answer - they are all cooked the same as they always have. I said right- that's the problem. they do not take a feedback good.

I have breakfast here tomorrow and cut some bo rounds. When I came back to get them a manager called monique, it was that there was no mistake and that I was being lost in the round. it was an incredibly rude experience, especially when it was about management. will not be breakfast here again.

I ordered a family meal. that was good. my side was badly proportional. was not enough for 3ppl. the cookies were not completely finished. I have them all in the middle of the hand. it wasn't worth it. I called the load several times. no answer. food: 2/5

I visited this location twice, as well as the location in bessemer and every time the customer service I received is impeccable. I had never had a negative experience, and everyone with whom I interacted was so friendly.
