I go to this Bojangles frequently, usually to get biscuits at 1pm on a weekday. We are in the south everybody loves biscuits no matter what time of day. They are always good I take them to work for the guys. We are big fans of the steak biscuit w/Texas Pete. I see the same employees all the time they keep that line moving in the drive thru. My order has been wrong maybe 2 times out of 50. A Only complaint is I wish sweet tea was more consistent, it needs to be the same sweet all the time. Still gets ??????????
Although the food was great 10/10, the customer service was terrible, they were SO rude to other customers and not understanding for those who make a language barrier, not only were they rude to customers, one of the workers were rude to the other, this place would be so much better with good customer service. As someone working in fast food, customer service should be top priority.
Mt favorite chicken and biscuit restaurant! Not only do they have the best chicken for the best price, they also serve the best cookies round. You serve breakfast all day, and sometimes I want a bacon, egg, n cheese or sausage n egg biscuit in the middle of the afternoon. Everything's great!
Every time I thru drive thru my order will be grounded! . It was a lot different... but it was that strike 3 for me. Strike out!
