Decent Bojangles location. Tried them while passing through in route to Columbia. The register lady wasn 't overly pleasant no welcome , just dine in or carry out and she was apparently the shift manager. The restaurant was clean (basically empty) and in good condition. Tried their chicken strip combo with dirty rice and a biscuit, which was just over $7 (good price for the amount of food). The highlight of the dish for me was the dirty rice. I could 've eaten a bowl of that and been happy. The strips were average; kind of like frozen home cooked bag chicken and weren 't very warm. I've heard about the Southern Popeyes dupe for sometime now. They are know for their biscuits. They have a plethora of locations throughout the South. I happened to eat at a location in Orangeburg, South Carolina. We had a large crowd and the staff was able to accommodate swiftly and efficiently. Dining area was spacious and clean. The chicken was spicy and tasty. I really liked the fries and the coleslaw had a sweet twang to it. However, I can tell the food was sitting a bit and wasn't that hot. I'm glad I was able to finally experience Bojangles but I'd prefer to stick with Popeyes Chicken.
This was our 1st ever time eating at Bojangles and this location was great! The people who work here are super friendly and helpful, especially the lady with the beautiful hair wrap! Their food was great! My kids especially love their friends fries. I love their soft biscuits. The fish sandwiches are good and my husband said his chicken sandwich was very flavorful. So for a great quick meal with friendly staff come to this location! If we are ever I. The area again we would come back!
I witnessed a verbal altercation between a customer and an employee. Not sure who started it, but it was uncomfortable. Customer eventually just left. Other than that, everything was fine. Unless I misunderstood, they do not serve non-spicy chicken, so thekids better like it a little extra tasty. The staff seemed a bit off-put, but it could have been from the previous customer.Restaurant was fairly clean.

Waited over 20 minutes to place order. Person taking orders disappeared for 15 of them. I ordered bo bites. She did not tell me that they were out. Waited 25 more minutes for my order. This was supposed to be a quick pit stop in my 10 hour drive (they are right off of the highway). Really annoyed!!!!
Stated they were out of Bo'Rounds but were not.. they simply did not want to take the time to cook them and perform their job. Do not go here. Go to Columbia, Charleston or Charlotte for and Bojangles cravings. Disappointed, yet again. Chicken was not even warm!!!
Food is decent so I return...However, attitudes are horrible. I'm learning not to say good morning or thank you. Cause they don't say a word they just stare at you.
Service was awful. Place was disgusting. person was so rude talking on her cellphone with AirPods in.
