our family has eaten and loved all the time in bol. we were told that the quality had fallen, but we decided to try again this evening. the person on the phone that took our order was nice as the man who picked up our food. However, the quality of the food was far lower than we ever before. the Pho-meat was about 1/4 dry or so was raw, the way we asked so we could add the broth ourselves, but 3/4 was completely dry and seemed like it had been boiled and let out. we ordered two Bun dishes one chicken and meat and again, both meats were overcooked and dry. there was no additional fish sauce or dressing to moisten it. Finally, the chicken wings we ordered all time, fat and slightly raw in the f...

it's seattle. and when it rains, I want something warm, comfortable and fast. bol offers all this and more! cool atmosphere. friendly staff. delicious food. drink galore. all they need to get their hygn up. only a few minutes away from the Roosevelt mountain railway station, they can get there quickly without the traffic-related interference. her Vietnamese cuisine offers many possibilities from vegetarian to carnivore, with fresh ingredients and variety of the aromes. and her cocktails are brilliant. it's a way for my partner and I when we eat pleasure on comfort. hopefully it will be for you too!

BOL is a Vietnamese restaurant that does lots of non-traditional and fusion type foods. Their portions are very big and their prices are decent. They have lots to choose from on their menu, including vegetarian meals and desserts as well. The staff here is nice and it can get busy here, especially when Portage Bay is packed and people don't want to wait to eat. I'd definitely recommend their fried rice and their beignets and delicious even though they are more like biscuits then fluffy pillows.

This is the newer upscale version of the original Bol a few blocks from the current location. The menu here has many traditional Vietnamese items with some added interesting dishes and cocktails. My favorite is the Pork Bun, a dish with vermicelli noodles, and the last time I ordered it, thanks to my masked mumbling, I got Pork Bahn Mi instead. They were more than willing to change my order but I decided to keep the Bahn Mi and I'm glad I did, it was delicious. Book a table now

2 stars cus it was at least edible I pho probably eat 3x a weak and finally tried this place and got the ochs tail. first my ochs tail was towed to even get out of the bone. second, I have the Tofu-Bahn mi. it had no taste of the tofu was not marinated all in all, I will never eat here again.

We ate the pho, fries, ginger beer and ended up violently ill with food poisoning a couple hours later The restaurant was generally very dirty. When I called the restaurant they offered to comp our next meal but there’s no way in heck we are risking it again.

this place was good earlier, but the food quality has recently fallen. I got seafood pho and the inkfish was unusable, it seemed dry and extremely leathery, as if it had been left in the open air for hours. we had other problems too recently. really unhappy

Always a cold weather staple for me to grab a bowl of pho. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I really enjoy the heated patio setting for dinner. Huge bowls of pho for a good price. Don't forget to try the Thai tea! Book a table now

Lunch and dinner options are good, but weekend brunch is the way to go. Large, satisfying portions of delicious food, and **** Marys Mimosas to pair. Great value and always friendly service.
