I just made a review for an excellent restaurant that we ate at on vacation and realized that I need to review my favorite restaurant in the world (41 states and 11 countries so far). Hands down the best within 25 miles, and the best in the world for me because of consistency. I've been here 150-200 times since 1994, and always it has been very good, majority of the time it's excellent. Doesn't matter what I get, the flavor is great, the preparation is spot on and the presentation is wonderful. The staff is pleasant and the atmosphere is perfect. To say that this place is unbelievable is an understatement. Your menu changes due to the availability of ingredients. Tonight my husband and I had the Filo with goat cheese, filled mushrooms, delmonico with garlic butter sauce and half a duck with tomb and harbour sauce. To dessert we had the chocolate mousse and the bread pudding. Everything was so tasteful and had the right amount of spices. Our server Maggie was incredible with its menu suggestions and drinks selection. We will definitely come back!
This is our favorite restaurant! Karen, Chino, Maggie, and all their employees go out their way to feel you welcome, you really do not get ambience like this in Delaware in my humble opinion. The food is always fresh and tasty prepared! We would literally eat here every night if we could! We have come for birthdays, anniversaries, and just because we just have this place, the owners and the staff!! The consistency is always on time!! I recommend you try it for yourself, you will not be disappointed!
