Bonchon Bayside has a pretty good selection of food items. We visited on a Saturday evening and were seated relatively quickly. The servers were friendly. This location is not very big, however there was only one other family dining in. It seems as though they have many orders that are pick-up/take out. We ordered the drumsticks, half soy garlic half spicy, the korean bulgogi tacos, and the parmesan truffle fries. The food was absolutely delicious! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The place was clean. You must be patient as they cook to order though. It is a very small place with about 3-4 tables. The food was tasty (ckn legs, wings,, Cole slaw) but the garlic parmesian fries were a little strange because they were sweet! Not the taste Iwas looking for! Also the Bayside location, due to it's size, does not have a full menu. You must travel 10 more minutes westward to their Flushing location for that. Otherwise, it's worth the trip to try it at least once and you'll see.
I’ve had Bonchon in Manhattan so I wanted to try to Bayside location since it was closer. I came the other day and it was great. Food came out at a reasonable time. I had the small combo (6 wings and 3 drums) with a side of kimchi and coleslaw. Chicken was great, the batter was light and airy not greasy at all. The sides countered the chicken very well. My food came up to about 20 bucks. My server was really good and I gave a tip at the end. Will def be coming back.
Honestly, the food did not taste good. The flavors were off, the texture was too crispy, and it had a strange chemical taste. It lacked richness and felt light, almost like eating air. I would not recommend the japchae.

The food at this restaurant is top-notch. I tried both the onion rings and French fries, and while they were delicious, there was too much grease. I recommend asking for them to be cooked with less oil.
It's quite good, but I wouldn't really classify it as fast food since we had to wait about 15-20 minutes for our takeout. There's free parking available right in front, and they do accept credit cards.
I ordered some wings for pickup and they were terrible. They tasted stale and dry and flavorless. And they were super small. In this economy, you think I have money to waste? Smh
The flavored fries were incredibly dry and lacked any real taste. When I opened the container, I found the flavorings crumbled at the bottom—such a disappointment!

This place is the best Korean spot that I have been to, the fries are delicious and so is the chicken.
