"even near the beach, $8.50 is ridiculous for a booze roll, but it is particularly ridiculous for a bad one. Last time I went to hong ha in mascot, I got the most crust and fluffy roll in all sydney, but at bondi the roll was just so delicate."

Bahn Mi is one of those foods which has exploded in popularity in the last few years, with every man and his Vietnamese bakery seeming to sell Bahn Mi rolls. Popped in here for a quick roll yesterday. Got the standard Bahn Mi Pork Roll.  The roll itself was really good. The French bread roll was fresh, and crusty on the inside, soft and fluffy on the inside. Quite often, despite most Bahn Mi being sold in bakeries the bread can be a little stale depending on when they bake the bread, or sometimes they'll use bread that has been sitting in the display window for a couple days. The vegetables were fresh and crunch and the pork was a mixture of tasty pork roast and the pink pork sandwich...

amazingly delicious food. small family run business with the pleasant staff. her roll is incredible as I found out about them. I sat yesterday in the car at bondi beach. couple in the car next to me eating huge roll full salat. they took huge bites, but the roll seemed to go on and on. I had to ask her where they got it from. hing ha red roll bondi beach. I couldn't come fast enough to get a roll. it was amazing, and now I'm waiting for me to open myself, as I have to have one more.

even if the same mark with the in mascot, and I believe that this is the filiale but original hong ya for me taste even better, maybe it is a hype and my flavor is use for this taste from mascot shop. do not misunderstand me, the taste is also here in bondi good, Vietnamese brot is still crispy, fresh salad and delicious pork filling.

the pork was fresh and tasty. a generous portion size. the place also looked clean and well maintained. the price of rolling was a bit much when considering the average bill roll is $5. I guess this corresponds to the cost of food in bondi that is expensive.
