Just had dinner for 2 here with a gifted Scoopon - would not return and pay for what we received. Only positive was a friendly waitress and food came out at a reasonable time. Partner ordered a medium steak and received almost well done, extremely tough and dry as if the meat were frozen. He can normally eat anything but even this he couldn't stomach!! I had the American ribs, came as 3 chunks and 1 was mainly cartilage. Tasted decent but meat itself was again definitely not fresh. After a few mouthfuls i found a 2cm long piece of plastic in my dish. The owner brushed it off as a piece from the packaging. He arranged for a second plate of fritters to come out but this serve only had 2 fritters on the plate.

Spacious cafe and big menu serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks. Great spot to eat before heading into the the cinema. I was up for a healthy start to the day so I ordered the fruit muesli - a bowl of fresh muesli topped with natural yoghurt and freshly sliced fruit; orange, apple, rockmelon, watermelon, kiwi fruit and strawberries. Very nice. I also got English Breakfast tea which is the brand la maison du the tea. Leaf tea so I like that! Staff were very friendly to everyone popping in and service was attentive and fast.

Nice little place in the midst if shops in Randwick. It was open early for breakfast so we went here by default. The coffee was excellent. We had poached eggs and the mushrooms on toast and both were good. Staff friendly and helpful!
