First time back for breakfast in several years. The new paint outside and renovated decor inside have really freshened up Boone's. Varied and interesting menu. I had the buttermilk pancakes with two eggs over easy and bacon. Everything was cooked to perfection, and the pecan syrup is delicious. My wife ordered eggs scrambled dry, hashbrowns and wheat toast. It took quite a while for the food to arrive (they were busy), and when it did, the eggs were watery, and the rest of the food was cold. It had been sitting too long on the pass-through. It isn't Western themed. More if a 90s bar. The food is excellent though! Highly recommended the sweet potato waffle fries and cinnamon sauce!
Love a restaurant that opens at 8:00 am with a full bar. The glazed short ribs were fantastic.
