Bored of Spanish restaurants in Sydney? Then look no further! Come and try Born by Tapavino, you will not be disappointed. This Spanish food comes with a little twist and it works. Try the churros with manchego cheese with a chorizo crumb as an example. The Albondigas meatballs and Patatas Bravas were by far one of the tastiest we have had in any Spanish restaurant across Sydney. Great dinner with Spanish beer. Looking at what everyone was eating we could see that the food was vibrant and other customers also commented positively on their meals. The food was priced reasonably, the staff were comedic and the setting is nestled amongst many other restaurants but unique.
Its always great to meet Dazza, Gazza and Col anytime, but after 35 years of friendship to see them on my 55th birthday was extra special.I love these guys, have known them almost all my life, they always make a special effort to see me, whenever I come down to Sydney that I very much appreciate. We had an awesome lunch together, right in front of the new wharf at Barangaroo. The food was left to the waiter, who did a great job, bringing us a range of tapas with wine pairing. The dishes served were hot and cold, the flavours were wonderful and the views were great. Highly recommended.
Of course the food and wine is good because it is a follow-up from Tapavino in Bulletin Place which we love. But the extra fun of the experience came from the cheeky waiter and then super attentive sommelier.Like all restaurants at Barangaroo, expect to spend a bit and be careful not to over order... plates are a good size.Highly recommended. It was Saturday and we had a dinner reservation so we thought we'd just have a light lunch and tapas seemed like just the thing. We started off with just a couple of dishes and glass of wine but it was soooo good we had to order more, which was just as fabulous, and another glass of wine and then a coffee. Be warned, this is great food!
Lunch on a chilly winter day was warmed into a great experience by excellent staff - especially Jacqui our waitperson and a knowledgeable, friendly sommelier. The food is made for sharing and the wine list has something for everyone.
We caught the ferry and wandered to this restaurant we had seen online. Food was beautiful.wonderful cosy fun restaurant.staff were brilliant with wine.perfect dinner and reasonably priced. Will be back.
Came here for my 31st bday dinner tonight and we were greeted by friendly staff who provided recommendations which did not disappoint! I would come back for the Jamon artichoke.. It was so good! Book a table now
Lovely food, friendly attentive staff, great wine list. The sommelier is great! Great tapas - recommend the duck pate and the eggplant dishes. The bread is so good!

"I was satisfied with the food. Burgers are between $14.90 and $15.90. The drinks are more expensive than other places, and the free Wi-Fi is slow and stops working intermittently."
