This location as of 6/9/22 has a completely new staff and this place has gone downhil significantly because of that. The new Manager has 0 customer service skills and the food looked so unappealing. I 'll definitely miss coming here as often as I did when the old staff was here, they used to be very kind and welcoming. What a shame to see such good employees leave however if an entire staff is gone it truly speaks volumes to how the company treats their staff. The service has been really good here. I don't frequent Boston Market bur everytime I go to this location, I have no complaints. The food is good as is the service. Some servers are nicer than others but they've all been really good. The food is fresh. They get points for always wearing their mask properly! They have enough parking and the place is clean. I have eaten there before this experience was much better than the first visit. Before entering the store there trash around the rear door and the elevator lift was extremely nasty. I ordered online and ran into a series of issues. They didn't have the crispy chicken I requested, so they randomly substituted an item that was significantly cheaper. To make matters worse, they forgot half of my order and gave me regular Coke instead of Diet Coke. When I picked up my order, they never mentioned any of this. Why wouldn’t they inform me that they were out of the crispy chicken and Diet Coke? It seems important enough to tell me, especially since I paid for something more expensive. The service at this restaurant was excellent. While I don't always order the Boston Market Burrito when I come here, I have no complaints. The food is just as good as the service. Some servers are friendlier than others, but they were all very good. The food is fresh, and they even give you points for wearing your mask correctly. There is ample parking and the restaurant is clean. Overall, no issues! I have even left a poorly rated Boston Market location to drive to this one instead.
This was my first time ordering here. I waited for about 5 minutes before someone took my order, and it was quick to note that there were 3 more people ahead of me. The chicken and the Hickory BBQ were delicious. The potatoes were cooked perfectly. The cornbread was a bit dry and could have been served fresher and not as stale. My order was prepared correctly and the staff was friendly. Overall, my experience was great.
This place seems to have a rule against giving out dark meat. Last time, I mentioned that I ended up with only chicken breasts after not requesting dark meat, and the guy started lecturing me about how chickens are cut. I really don't need that. If the manager or owner wants to look into it, they can check the video footage from around 5:45 PM on May 6, 2022.
