The managers and staff seemed very unknowledgeable about coupons and everything in general. The manager or assistant manager, I don’t know what was going on with him but he seemed like he was on something. The kids working in there seemed like they were just given a uniform and no training. The cashier was probably the slowest. He grabbed about a hand full of plastic cutlery (for a 2 piece meal dropped them on the way to putting them in my bag and then picked up them off the floor and put it inside the bag In our faces! Fast food honestly can’t get any worse then this place. Also the side dishes were disgusting and watered down.
The sweet potatoes were spoiled and almost liquid, the mac and cheese was served ice cold with overcooked noodles. The chicken was decent, but it was clearly pre-prepared. The cornbread was the worst I’ve ever tasted. It took the staff 30 minutes to put my platter together, and they moved at a snail's pace with really poor attitudes. When we arrived, they weren’t even at the counter; a couple ahead of us had to ask a maintenance man to find someone in the back. I will never return.
Probably should avoid at any cost. Staff was pleasant, but they have virtually no food or beverage. Building is dilapidated. No idea why the store is open when they offer only sweet tea and Fanta for drink, limited meats and a couple of sides that they can't/ won't refill so a meal comes with half a side to compensate.
Came to pickup food for mother 's day. Employee let us in then locked the door behind us...we were ignored for 10 minutes then asked what we wanted. Ordered and were told there were no mashed potatoes. Asked if we could wait for mashed potatoes, was told no . Left, but couldn 't get out because the door was locked!!!

One word to describe this place is ghetto! Looks like squatters invaded this restaurant and serving day old food with whatever selection they can scrape up. Only 2 choices and 3 or 4 sides that looked like they'd been there for over a day. Very very bad. Avoid this place
The staff are fantastic, but it's disappointing that the chain seems to be declining. There aren't many real options compared to what's listed on the menu, and it doesn't feel enjoyable anymore. Even the entrance gives off a gloomy vibe.

I'm so done with Boston. This my second time going ro this location and no flavor on the chicken like it used to be. Cornbread was hard as hell. The only thing that was good was the sweet potatoes.

Placed online order, 45 minutes in advance. Arrive and the no meat is available. Would have passed if knew that would be the outcome. Previous reviewer was right about only having sides!
Horrible sweet potatoes and “no sides?” Horrible rude staff And the mac and cheese is horrible. Really gone down hill. Owner doesn't care anymore.
