I am truly disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The food was not worth the price at all. It was so unappetizing that my mother even quipped that prisoners probably eat better! The mashed potatoes, which used to be delicious, now taste like bland instant potatoes. The gravy resembled watered-down liquid, and the cornbread was hard and flavorless. The only redeeming quality of my visit was the exceptional customer service from the woman at the counter. Boston Market in North Dale went up on their prices BIG TIME!!!!! I ordered a individual basic chicken dinner with the two sides and ordered a drink and the lady told me that my total was 21.66. Heck I can get a really nice dinner of Chicken Marsala atCarrabba's for that price and it taste a millon times better! I ordered the BBQ chicken, broccoli, and sweet potato at Boston Market. I used to visit this restaurant frequently, but it has changed quite a bit. The broccoli was unpleasant, and the sweet potato was excessively sweet. Overall, the meal was just mediocre. I don't think I'll be coming back. It seems that the owners have focused on increasing prices rather than maintaining food quality, which is unfortunate. The food doesn't match the cost, which is probably a reason they're struggling to stay in business. It feels like they're trying to fool customers into not noticing these changes. What a letdown.
It's 8:06 PM on Saturday, and I'm uncertain about who is actually working at the moment. The cars parked behind the restaurant suggest that some employees might not be on shift. The food selection was quite limited, and there were no desserts available. We waited around 15 minutes before we could place our order from our car, and only the drive-thru was operational. It felt like there was a lack of motivation from the staff, even though they were clearly being paid. Boston Market used to offer a better fast food experience. I’m giving it one star simply because I had to select at least one.

A few months ago, we ordered online but they were out of cornbread, which was frustrating. However, we still enjoyed the rest of our meal. Today, we tried to order online again, only to receive a call an hour before pickup informing us that they were closed and didn't have the chicken we ordered. Closing before 5:00 PM on a Saturday? To make matters worse, we had to cancel the order ourselves because they were unable to do it on their end. This has been an absolutely terrible experience and the service was disappointing. We will not be returning to this location again.
I typically don't have any issues with this restaurant, but today I faced a problem when I tried to order meatloaf for delivery—it ended up being cancelled. Thankfully, I had also ordered dessert from Mac Grill. When my delivery driver arrived, they told me that the restaurant was out of meatloaf, that there were no cooks in the kitchen, only a cashier at the counter, and to make matters worse, the manager was just sitting in a booth chatting with customers.
The customer service was extremely disappointing! The woman who took our order was unfriendly, rude, and appeared to be annoyed as if she didn’t want to be there. I visited with my mom for Thanksgiving, and it was the worst experience we've ever had. The poor service was consistent for all the guests who came in for Thanksgiving—no one should be treated like that! This should be brought to the attention of ABC News. We will definitely not be returning!
Drive through was closed. I had to go in . One person working. It was around 1PM. The food didn't look fresh. It looked like it was from the day before. The man working used his bare hands, didn't put on any gloves putting the chicken on therotisserie. His hands touched the chicken. Myself and another person walked out. Bad health violation.

I was really looking forward to the sweet potato casserole, but unfortunately, the server didn't add any marshmallows at all. It seemed like they were still in training and weren't quite sure what they were doing. I can’t recall what else I ordered because it was all pretty forgettable.
I visited this restaurant for two reasons: the delicious Thai garlic chicken and Coke Zero. Both were part of their 8 o'clock promotional offer, which also included a complimentary diet soda.
