This Boston Market should shut down for good. The building itself looks as if it is run down, the food is always uncooked and cold, and they are ALWAYS out of menu options. For weeks they have been out of one menu item. One item in particular was unavailable for over a month, and instead of being told that the the food choice was another brand entirely, it was tweaked make customers think that it tasted better, and just give it to you thinking you won’t notice. Paper flyers, wet, folded and unable to read, are all over the drive thru menu board informing customers what they are out of, and this list has approximately 15 unavailable items. Drove to the dearborn location where they didn’t want to make fresh sides so another couple and us left. The rice looked like it was two day old and telling us to see what they have available when it’s hours before closing they should of had everything available.Drove to a second location the girl almost forgot my drink didn’t give any gravy on the mashed potatoes or my friends meatloaf small side portions for the price that was paid and my dressing was like they added no broth and then didn’t mix it looks a lot like dry stove top with no flavor I’m very disappointed I share plates with my son but it was really inedible as far as my dressing just a waste of a side I paid for ?? This place is really going downhill. I ordered a carryout I have chicken dinner with two sides there's not many to pick from so I got corn and mashed potatoes and gravy corn didn't even taste like sweet corn tasted like the corn you would feed to cattle. Chicken was okay the mashed potatoes were a little funky. Also I don't know if they've discontinued the cornbread or just forgot to put it in the Box. They've gone to these really cheap Styrofoam boxes now and it's just no longer a good value. Looks like another victim of covid-19. I see Boston Market's closing all over the place. Sad..
I hadn't been to Boston Market in over a year, and I regret my choice to go today. I ordered curbside pickup, and the food was disappointing. The items were served in a Hefty takeout container. The macaroni was overcooked and mushy, and the mashed potatoes didn't resemble what I usually enjoy at Boston Market; they tasted more like an overcooked TV dinner. The cornbread was dry as well. I was extremely disappointed and wish I had checked the reviews beforehand. On a positive note, the customer service was excellent.

The food was okay at best. Everything came cold and undercooked. This was not the experience that we have come to expect eating at a Boston Market restaurant. There were several items missing/unavailable that I was not informed about through the UberEats app. I will not be giving this location any of my family or friends business again. This was a very big disappointment. The items we ordered were the supposedly baby back ribs, unseasoned not sweet corn, and the sweet potato casserole was very bland and watery.
I would recommend staying away from this location. They often have very limited options. The last time I visited, they were out of bread for a carver sandwich, as well as chicken and corn. On my previous visit, they didn’t have any soda or meatloaf available. It seems like no matter when you go, the menu is never fully stocked. Additionally, they make their own mashed potatoes when they run out of the pre-made ones from the store, which I found quite strange.
What happened to Boston Market??? This food doesn’t resemble Boston Market food at all. And what’s up with these cheap containers? The service person was really nice. But we didn’t get a few of the large sides we ordered. Bummed out…this used to be a pretty decent last minute dinner for the family. Now it’s elementary school lunch status.
Worst Boston Market in Michigan!!! we used to love coming here. DRY, did I say DRY pop pie, horrible DRY... chicken dinner looked 3-days old, and DRY!!! 2-DRUMS ,, DRY!!! and a teeny thigh.. 2-orders of mashed potatoes because they were OUT of sides!!! no corn, no vegetables, nothing!!! Styrofoam boxes!!!! will NEVER go back here EVER!!

I needed something quick and fast so I stopped up there and grabbed to meals. The employees were very nice and friendly at the window. They did warn me while placing my order they were out of something, but that wasn't on my list.
