I placed an order on December 2.I had a chicken sandwich and my husband had a Big Buford. I ate a few bites of my chicken sandwich before I realized it was uncooked. I called the restaurant and was told they couldn’t give me a refund. I had to call the 800 number, so I called the 800 number and was told that corporate would call me because they had to issue the refund. It is now December 18 and I have called a few times, and I keep getting the runaround. I’m told that corporate will call me, and I have not heard from them. I’m not sure what’s going on, but we’ve been regulars here for a long time, and it’s always been great. However, it’s been consistently disappointing for the past month or two. The two people working the night shift are really not doing a good job. The guy struggles to operate the fryer, and the girl at the window has a really poor attitude. It’s frustrating to see that in such an easy fast food place, they can’t manage to prepare two items correctly. It’s a shame, but I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, as I’m not willing to pay for consistently bad service and even worse food.
Apart from paying for a drive thru, then you get your food on the other side of another window, it was decent. Manager was very warm and excused for waiting. With the lack of workers in this crazy year it is understood. Restaurant workers do not receive the respect and appreciation they deserve. With many people who make excuses not working, it's great not to see others sitting still. I would train the drive a little better, but except that my service was Top Notch. Thank you!
This is literally the best checkers to go! Even if you have to drive half an hour, because none of the other checkers will give you a Chili Cheeseburger, but you call, and this one says they will. And you go there and they can absolutely fresh food, it's great service, so even if you have to pass 10 checkers on the way, you better come to this! Your turn!

If I'm ever by this particular Checkers again, I'm going. The food was fresh and delicious, with possibly the best bun I've ever had on a burger. Warm, pillowy soft, and thick. it was very surprising. I had never been to a Checkers before but was very impressed.
We went to Checkers for lunch. I ordered a big buford,their very delicious seasoned fries a Diet Coke. It was very delicious
And after I get home see that they still messed up the sandwichesShut this place down or fire the entire staff.
