I visited Chick-fil-A for dinner. I initially went through the drivethru. The line was extremely long. I placed an order for the Grilled Chicken Sandwich Meal with sweet tea to drink. And 2 Chick-fil-A Deluxe Meals with lemonade. 4 different employees asked my name and repeated the order. When I got up to the window, they asked for the name again and repeated the order. It took 16 minutes to get my order. I pulled up, opened my Grilled Chicken Sandwich and took a bite. I immediately tasted pork on my chicken! I?ve been so excited since this location opened; it was the first location in metro Detroit (aside from Oakland university and Harper hospital). Lines were super long when they first opened, but it has definitely died down recently. Even when the lines were long; the wait wasn?t as long as you?d expect. I visited earlier this week and I was reminded why I enjoy going there so much. The staff is INCREDIBLY friendly. I decided to give the new pimento sandwich a try, and I was pleased with it. It’s quite good, though not extraordinary. The jalapeños are incredibly sweet, reminiscent of pickles (which isn't a bad thing, but I personally prefer some heat). The pimento cheese brings back memories of the dip/spread I enjoyed as a kid; I haven't had it in ages. I opted for the regular chicken instead of the spicy one. Unfortunately, this location forgot to provide me with a straw and the condiments I requested. It seems we arrived during a shift change.
This morning I was sitting in the lobby eating my food. It was quite busy after I was done and I heard someone literally screaming and absolutely berating the staff in the back. I asked the staff at the front who that was and they said it was the ambassador DEMARCO screaming at everyone because they weren’t fast enough. I don’t know who in their right mind thinks they can talk to people like that but he needs to be fired. That’s all. Other than that my food was okay.

I placed my order inside the restaurant and noticed a group of about five Chick-fil-A employees behind me also ordering food, likely due to a shift change. Surprisingly, every single employee received their orders before I did, even though I ordered first. The customer service and wait time were dismal.
I visited hoping to give this restaurant another chance, but it might be the worst Chick-fil-A in the country. They consistently get your order wrong. I ordered their new seasonal chicken sandwich, but received a plain chicken sandwich instead. The quality of their service is declining.
The food was off today. Had a spicy deluxe that was cold but an order of strips that were steaming hot.The workers are always so pleasant. (My kids even asked why they were so nice! ?)The speed of service is never an issue although they are always packed when we go.
Customer Service was great, and the food was delicious. I had the spicy chicken deluxe with waffle fries. This restaurant is in a convenient location with lots of shopping, dining. I would recommend.

This restaurant serves the best chicken in the world. The ordering process is quick, even with 15 cars in front of me, it only took about 5 to 10 minutes to order and receive my food.
The food is good like you can always expect. I did wait 20 minutes for a vanilla shake. 3 people asked what I was waiting for but no one told me why I was waiting.
