12 December 2023 11:51AM I went to Oxford Valley Boston Market to buy a whole chicken. In the restaurant I saw the only woman sitting at the table. As it turned out, the woman was the worker here. Needless to say, I got no greeting. She looked like she was doing me a favor when i ask for a grilled chicken. Apparently, there was no container for a whole chicken so the worker didn 't know how to cut it into pieces and ask another worker to do it. I should have gone away right there! When I got home and found that the chicken was barely worm and dry as a desert! Even my cats didn 't want it! I think they gave me chicken from the day before. The whole thing went to the garbage! Great job Boston...
I wish I could give 0 stars. I placed an order through GrubHub. Kept receiving text messages stating the order was going to be a couple minutes late. TWO hours later and we are STILL waiting. I called the restaurant and they were absolutely no help. The fact that I was told that I shouldn?t of ordered from an app and should?ve ordered from them directly was a smack in the face. I asked for a small refund or discount and all the manager kept saying was things happen. I will NEVER order from this location again. $70 is not cheap and to have to wait two hours and not be informed or given the option to cancel my order.
It seemed to be just a person working on this place. I ordered crabs and called when I was there. Three times. The phone ringed about 20 times, then it was a busy signal. I went in to get my lockdown and was informed that they didn't have what I ordered. I ordered something else, had to remind him of the pages I ordered, although he looked at the entrance. Barely murmured apology, no discount or comp. Scratch Boston Market your list.
The food was served hot, well-packaged, and absolutely delicious! My only issue was that our dessert was unavailable, and we weren’t informed about it when we picked it up. When we got home and opened the bag, we found a refund inside. I would have preferred to substitute our dessert instead. We ordered from the Active Menus.

Jill has done an excellent job that deescalated a degrunted customer. She spoke calmly, explained the situation calmly and gave the customer information that raised her voice to the staff. Great job Jill. I hope that the human car will reassess their lives as it is the treatment of human beings. All about a prime rib. Sherry
I had a great experience at this restaurant! The girl at the counter who served our food was incredibly nice and helpful, though I regret I can't remember her name. Andre, the manager, was also very friendly. Even though we didn't stay long, they made our visit enjoyable. I will definitely return!
I was disappointed in the change in turkey, looked more like chicken? Employees looked tired but polite. So, I'm so happy to see stuffing and green beans back!!! I came late Christmas Eve and perfect timing
It’s always bustling here, especially during the summer months. I love their turkey dish – it’s absolutely delicious! However, the restaurant could benefit from having more staff.
