Everyone in this place is always really nice. They occasionally run out of the chicken towards the end of the night (about the last 30 minutes) but everything is always fresh including the sides and the seating area is usually quite clean.
Clean restaurant, bathroom was in stock and neat. Cashier was friendly and welcomed me quickly. The food was served in a reasonable time. The food was hot. The manager stopped to check with me. Good experience.
Usually good food, but I was disappointed by the NE menu item, the baked crispy chicken. I wound up paying $10 for what was basically shake n bake chicken. Next time I'll stick to the normal menu
I went here on Sunday evening at 7:30 PM the staff was very welcoming and friendly. They were hard-working and had great customer service. They probably deserve more than what they are getting .
