We ordered a whole rotisserie chicken, a side of bacon mac, a side of Parmesan corn. We received 2sides of corn with a blob of cheese on top. No bacon Mac. And an ICE COLD chicken! The chicken had a gummy texture was pink all through the inside. This chicken was not attempted to be cooked before being sent to us. We asked if they didn?t have what we ordered to please call us. The quality and taste of my order were satisfactory. However, I must emphasize that, regardless of what was happening at the store, it is unacceptable to forget to include utensils and napkins. I was in a rush, and perhaps I should have checked right away, but how many people actually look inside their bags to confirm that utensils and napkins are included? It's really important to ensure that employees are properly trained on these basic details!
Boston Market tends to be on the pricey side, and you would be better off dining at a regular restaurant. The portion sizes are small, and it seems like they hesitate to serve generous amounts. The staff doesn't appear to be well-trained; they struggle with carving the turkey and tend to give it to you in awkward chunks.
Justin consistently provides outstanding customer service that surpasses the usual experience at a fast food restaurant. He was polite and attentive to my family's needs, offering excellent service throughout our visit. The rest of the team also did a fantastic job! I will definitely come back. Thank you!

Dine in is available. Just strange why they don't offer prime ribs like other Boston Market in Queens. I was surprised by minimum staffing of only two people working in store? They don't greet you, you have to wave at them to talk to them, very strange indeed. Self serve Soda fountain is available.

The chicken is dry and stale like sawdust and the corn bread is like memory foam, and the corn is like something you just warm in your microwave, you can also go to stop and buy and get chicken there. This is the worst Boston market I've ever been to, and I won't be back.

I usually only order from this restaurant during the holiday season, but lately, I've been going there on weekends as well. The local dishes are incredibly tasty. The staff is friendly too, which is a nice change from the other chain restaurants I've been to.
The server was nice and friendly and he informed me about the reward program. My food was good. I tried the chicken noodle soup for the first time at Boston Market. Everything was good at my meal. No complaints.
