I was having lunch with my wife on January 29, 2016 and when we were served our lunch, my wife noticed after couple of bytes a long hair attached to a piece of fluff in her food. She reported it to the server, and my wife was offered another new plate, which she accepted.Then it was my turn ... and usually, I do't pay too much attention to my served food, and when the plate was almost empty, I couldn't help but notice a black short hair on my own plate. Called the server again. This time one of the owners came, apologized and offered a zero bill. I said, I'll think about it, she went and came back with a pizza coupon, and said until you think about. My husband and stepdaughter all ordered pasta. I was happy to see they had gluten free pasta which was quite tasty. There was a lot of pasta for the amount of tomato sauce served. The noddles around the perimeter were very dry. I asked for more sauce which the waitress did bring in a small cup. My husband requested the same. When the bill came we noticed an extra $4.00 for the sauce. When questioned they said that was their policy and you only get a certain amount of sauce for the set price. We were quite literally blown away with that response. Had the manager been there we would have said something. I don't think we will return. After dropping almost $100 we walked out feeling disappointed...
Go here quite regularly and enjoy the atmosphere and good service. They seemed to have changed the menu as some of my favourites have gone but there is a very large selection. We've never needed to book even though this is a busy place. The service is good with friendly and helpful servers. The bar can be quite loud with all the TVs showing sports. Our only grip is that during the summer the bar area is very cold with the AC blasting out. Even in the winter we have kept our coats on. the servers try to help but it seems the managers will not alter the climate control. We ave mentioned it to the managers but nothing seems to be done about it. It has stopped us going in sometimes.
The appetizers were loved by all - perogie nachos were creative and done perfectly. My fettuccine jambalaya was excellent; the wings burger and pizza were all on point. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. All servers looked like they were organized and into their work. I have declined rating other Boston Pizza outlets because it has been so long since I went and it was so-so in the past. I would come back to this one in a heartbeat.

Your typical family restaurant with a wide variety of menu items. Food is always good here. Have used the home delivery option a couple of time and would not recommend it. Both times we had it delivered, the orders were wrong or missing something. ie: Chicken Salad was missing the chicken. :-(
The place was quite clean and very busy during my visit. Despite this our waitress was friendly and attentive to our needs. I would describe the food as nothing special but definitely edible. I don't particularly like how busy and noisy it is but others in party were satisfied.
Over priced, bad service and sub par meals. Have been there a few times hoping it would get better. Honestly the only good thing we have had there is the pizza. Its not good enough for us to come back and pay the outrageous prises they charge though.
Not the first time here. 2 orders smokey mountain pasta fine as usual. NY striploin med-rare tough and 1/3 of it was fat/gristle. Server pleasant but not easily found when we wanted the bill

Can't beat the $10 lunch specials at Boston Pizza. Delicious, hot and come with a choice of side. Excellent value. Service was great! We will be back.
Incredible experience again in this Boston Pizza, you know that they will serves quality meal.. Everyone enjoy their meals and rapid service.
