I was loving it when I worked in San Francisco but, since I've retired I couldn't continue to drive to the city just to eat at Boudins. Since they opened the store/restaurant I visit Boudins frequently. If you join the club you get free bread once a month. I always invite a friend to go their for lunch when I get that chance. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who love true sour dough bread sandwiches.
Boudin has the best sandwiches, soups, and salads. Its main location is obviously in San Francisco, but there is also one in Fremont. This location is clean everytime I come here. I usually have half combo with Clam Chowder and Turkey Cranberry Sandwich since it’s only around 600 calories. Never bother to really try other items, but I know that they taste good based on what I tried so far.
Freaking delicious! Had the tuna melt and tomatoe soup OMG! Was so absolutely crowded but the staff, even will all those people, kind and helpful. You probably really should have more cooks for weekends cuz those poor guys were busting their asses and probably couldn’t even take their breaks! We need one in Union City and maybe add a hot crab sandwich to the menu!
Whenever we visits San Francisco we always go to Boudin at Fishermans Wraf. Was so excited when they open up a branch at Fremont since that's were we stay. Love their Clam Chowder and sandwiches most especially their salad. I will definitely recommend the place and go back when we visit San Francisco again. Book a table now
I was visiting SF from northern California and my boyfriend recommended this restaurant because I was looking to purchase sour dough bread. We had lunch yesterday and shared each others sandwiches. They were amazing and so is the bread. We bought 3 loaves. I'm definitely coming back.
Clean friendly place. More then just breads. Great pastries,breakfast lunches and lots if room inside dining outside also. Best coffee and love there almond cresconts. They have great soups.
I had the bowl of clam chowder with half a grilled cheese sandwich. My husband had the french dip. We both loved it. Boudin's will be our go to lunch spot. Service was awesome as well.
I ordered BBQ chicken salad and Caesar salad with clam chowdar soup and veg soup of the day. Food was really tasty and healthy. Staff were very helpful. Book a table now
We go here quite often for their sourdough bread loaves! We have also eaten here numerous times the food is always delicious!
