We spent one night in this hotel with my partner. Hotel very well located near Zénith Nantes. Very clean rooms and bathroom. Perfect bedding. On the other hand, the hotel was very noisy when we came (a group that appeared to be laughing spoke loudly and laughed without worrying about the other guests), this really ruined the night. In my opinion, this is unacceptable and disrespectful behavior in a hotel.
The quality is not exceptional, but there is a choice, it is varied on the bakery as the salt with pizzas or menus type salads/sandwichs, quick service because it is on the chain, perfect to trouble when you want to eat on the thumb, interesting advantage they are in the Too good to go app and the baskets of rest are very interesting

Coming as a family to St Herblain for a show at the Zénith, we spent just one night at the hotel. The welcome there was excellent. The staff at reception, then at breakfast the next day, were very pleasant.
Basic and cheap or fresh and quality sandwiches are not at the rendezvous. Service and smile and thank you are to order in addition to the proposed formulas.
The hotel rooms are OK, but the decor is a little outdated. The hotel restaurant is good, but the menu is too short in my opinion. The location is average.
