My baker in the north makes me croissants of pure butter that have a good taste of butter. When I cut the crescent, I found it very pale, not very yellow! I take off a star, because it has returned several times from the prems in May (see the reviews below), often to drink a glass on the terrace / eat pastries with groups of friends. and the lack of courtesy and sympathy of the lady in service is just a perfect way to get the customers away! What a good surprise! small, delicious salmon pizza (crusty paste, gourmet and generous garnish) at the beginning. and finally taste on the sunny terrace, and very nice waiter who even brought me in a plate with covered and glass of water. I tasted their bread the next day, very good too! I'll come back to test the pastries.
Very good artisanal bread, idem for pastries and all other products that this bakery offers. That's what we're looking for on a daily basis and also during our holidays (in Gruissan Island)
