I love Boulevard Cafe in Daly City, California! I 'd the Souvlaki tossed green salad w/the vinagrette dressing on the side! And a hot cup of herbal mint tea! My good friend had the Tuna Salad a Diet Coke! I recommend this family-style restaurant. Usually quite busy depending on the time of day u go. So be prepared 2 wait. But when we went after 03:00 p.m. on a Wednesday, there was 'plenty ' of booths opened! And weekends are 'always ' packed. Parking is limited b/c Boulevard Cafe 's next 2 Westlake Village Apartments. I've been going here for 20 yrs or so. The food was great, but I think it's even better now. Covid put a real crimp in my going to Boulevard (or anywhere), but thanks to Door Dash, I've been able to order from their large selection. The grilled salmon chicken piccata are my favorites, but the Cobb Salad was outstanding. The onion rings (which I substituted for fries) were the best I've ever had. I'm gonna order again very soon.
Spaghetti was cooked perfectly al dente. The sauce was not drenched in cream sauce, just a touch of it made it not too heavy. It was a large portion so this could be shared. The shrimp needed seasoning but the spaghetti sauce was definitely 10/10.
Food was good but really disappointed onion rings aren't there for the Philly like in the photo. And salad was a little soggy from being packed in the same container with hot food. Otherwise everything tasted good.
