Extremely disappointed in how unbalanced the Pappardelle pesto con pollo dish was. While a delicious flavour, there was too much sauce and not enough pasta. As well, the chicken chunks included were giant over-cooked pieces of dry chicken that did not make for a great eating experience since I pretty much needed a knife to eat the giant chicken chunks; they were not cut to be bite-sized.
This is by far my favorite Italian restaurant in the city! The location is really nice and safe, there’s parking, there’s outside seating area (for hot days) and so many options in terms of food including for people with dietary restrictions (I.e. gluten-free, dairy free) and the food NEVER disappoints in taste! I love coming here regularly, they’re so worth every penny!
The service was really good. They attended to you right away. Food came out really fast. My first plate I had lasagna and the meat and sauce tasted really bitter so I returned it and got a seafood linguine which was very good. Little small tables too small for me. I like elbow room. Nice place. Everybody was friendly
Very good pizza. Lasagna was good; however, there was no cheese or sauce between some of the layers. The Lasagna sauce was very good. Desserts were my least favorite thing. They need work in this area. Tiramisu lacked coffee flavor and picked up the taste of their refrigerator, yuck. Book a table now

Unacceptable lasagna, smothered w/ bland watery meat sauce. For $20 a plate it should taste better than the frozen stuff from Costco. Same for all the red sauce pasta dishes. Pizza is still very good here and the carbonara is some of the best in SF.
The ox tail ragu was bland tasting and the Caesar dressing was as thick as mayo. Little anchovies on the lettuce and the croutons dont seem like there were home made.
