Came for late night drinks with colleagues after an event. It is everything you expect. I did a little recon the day before to make sure I knew where we were going. It really is unmarked, big black door. When my group and I arrived the next night, I rang the door bell and it took a few minutes before someone answered it. They did ask for the password. We were escorted in and seated right away. It was on a Tuesday and it wasn't busy at all. We were a party of six and they seated us in a booth. I will say that it was very tight in that booth. The booths are probably better suited for a group of four. The menu is very overwhelming, but in a good way. Lots of options. The lighting is very dim an...

One of the best speakeasies in SF. Hard to find their entrance well that is the whole point of a speakeasy. You need a password to enter into the speakeasy apart from your ID cards. We had a reservation here and were floored by their ambience the minute we stepped foot inside that door. The 1920s speakeasy era vibe, cute little candles, no phone policy, a huggge bar, amazing bartender churning delicious reasonably priced cocktails and great service. What more could one ask for?The drinks menu is extensive but very well categorized based on whether you like citrusy, something with scotch or with egg whites, etc etc. We ordered several cocktails here mostly whisky and scotch based and everythi...

There’s no markings outside the building. It’s a speakeasy style bar so you just open the black door and walk in. Inside it’s very dim and rustic looking like an old 18th century brick mill. Theres a bar tender at the other end of the tavern with a stacked shelf full of high end drinks and equipment. They are more of mixologists the way they prepare and make their drinks it’s very top quality but it’s one guy so if it’s busy there gets to be a bit of a wait to get to your drink.

Fun speakeasy style bar in downtown SF. The drinks are delicious and very reasonably priced (especially for being in the city). The atmosphere is wonderful and the service was excellent. Be careful going alone or at night because it’s on the edge of a rough part of town.Service: 5/5
