I attempted to book another place, but the OpenTable app wouldn’t let me make a reservation until I canceled my booking at Bourbon Street. The only option was to call the restaurant, but they didn’t answer. This was frustrating! Around 8:45 PM, while still trying to find somewhere else to eat, I called Bourbon Street again to request a cancellation. When I explained what happened, all I received was a "sorry." Since I couldn't use OpenTable, I finally managed to book a table through Google, and we ended up sitting down for dinner close to 10 PM! I’ll never return to Bourbon Street again! OpenTable really needs to address this issue with their app!

The Bavarian pretzel and cheese was good. The bacon burger that my son had was also good. I had the shrimp and grits which was good but had an excessive amount of grits and could had had more shrimp in it. The side salad had mostly lettuce and only a few tomatoes and onions. The service was good and friendly. Nice place but they were showing music videos from the 80's that weren't quite kid friendly. There was another family next to us at the time.. could have been saved for a later time so kids didn't see them.

Bourbon Street reminds me of a nearby restaurant with its drink offerings—comfortable, yet nothing out of the ordinary. The jambalaya was spicy, but not overwhelming. The blackened sole came with a deliciously sweet side that my wife really enjoyed. Although we don’t visit Bourbon Street often, we always return because it has a cozy atmosphere and serves great food.

Bourbon Street reminds me of a neighborhood restaurant with drinks...comfortable but not fancy. The Jambalaya was spicy, but not overly so...the Blackened Sole had a large side of very nice vegetables that my wife really appreciated. We don't come to Bourbon Street often, but will keep coming back because it feels comfortable and has good food. Book a table now

The food was not good. We had 2 servers and each one gave us wrong information if we had a question about the food. We ordered the fried chicken which came with mashed potatoes and creamed corn and had to send it back. The wings were not good. They were soggy and just tossed in buffalo wing sauce.

We had a reservation, but ended up being seated near the back door. While the jambalaya had some cracked seafood shells, it was flavorful. The rest of the food was satisfactory, but the presentation could use some improvement.

The food and waiter were great. I had fish and chips and the fish was perfect and moist- couldn’t eat it all. The band was a three piece and were good, especially the singer/guitar and the harmonica player!

I am extremely disappointed! The salmon dish that I loved so much was removed from the menu in early January. I won’t be returning unless they bring it back! Book a table now
