After several disappointing meals, I have come to the conclusion that Northern Beaches Bowls Club is the worst place I have ever dined at. Despite giving them multiple opportunities to improve, I believe they are beyond redemption. During my last visit, I ordered a platter for two which consisted of only 2 pieces of chicken, 2 spring rolls, a few small ribs, and 2 sliders. Despite not being a big eater, I could have easily finished it on my own. I also tried the "Chinese Crispy Prawn Dumplings" which turned out to be disappointing, as they tasted similar to the frozen ones available at Coles but at a much higher price. The eating area looked run down and our table was on the verge of collapsing until we fixed the legs ourselves (all the waitress did was say she would put a request in to maintenance). The kids area isn't seperate from the eating area so be prepared to have kids running amongst the tables. Food was average and I won't be back any time soon.

The Northern Beaches Bistro has elevated their culinary offerings to a 5-star level. While my favorite dish, the Hong Kong Prawns, is no longer on the menu, there are plenty of new and exciting options to choose from. The fusion of Asian-inspired dishes with Western flavors provides a diverse selection for customers. I recently tried the seafood platter and the oysters were excellent.

We have been members for some time but rarely stop by. This week we decided to have a lunch there. Our steaks were well cooked and the chips were excellent!best chips I have had in a while. The dining room was quiet and service good. I liked having a choice of salad although not extensive it was enough. Steaks were $14.99 which was a good price for lunch. We will be back.
Hubby and I had dinner here and it was one of the most amazing meals we have had. The staff from the receptionist at the front Doo to the staff in the restaurant and fabulous and very friendly. The meals came out in good time. I love the way you could help your self to the salad and the veggies. Great food, great people and fantastic service.
Great meals, they were very busy the night we went but meals weren’t delayed and were excellent quality . Staff were happy and well drilled to handle a large crowd. Good kids area . Recommend
The restaurant has inconsistent quality, possibly due to changes in the chef. The salad bar is unappealing and seems unchanged for years. Lunch is better than dinner, with fresher options.

Probably have a meal here about every 8 weeks. It can be a bit hit & miss. Definitely order from the menu not the Bain Marie. I find lunch is always much nicer. Service is good.
As well as having a normal menu which is good value, the club has $10 meal specials which are excellent value.
