Staff unable to respond to a complaint about their non-working air pump in a timely and reasonable manner. Their air pump took my £1 and sat silent. The single member of staff on duty refused to run a check on the machine . He explained he was unable to do anything about it and could not reimburse my £1 unless I returned the next day when his manager was in and they review the security tape. (The cost to me to return would be more than the £1 I lost).

Took cash out the wall to the sum of £30 and paid for some items inside, paid ans didn't think nothing of it, look at my transactions on my bank statement and the either the cashier has miss typed the amount I was charged or something else is going on
