Stayed at the hotel over three days. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all very good. I especially reccomend the home fries and french fries. The bacon cheeseburger was awesome! The hotel was extremely shory staffed and despite that the Bracket Room staff stsyed open extra hours which our group loved. By far my favorite bartender was Milan. The food was incredible! We tried the chicken and waffles, a club sandwich, and a salad. The portions were generous, and everything was absolutely delicious. The fries were particularly outstanding. Although club sandwiches can be pretty standard, this one was truly exceptional. Everything tasted freshly made. I will definitely return to sample the pizza and burgers!
Absolutely horrible service and food. This restaurant really brings down the quality of a wonderful Hotel. Holiday Inn should evict them from the premises. The server/bartender made a racist remark about the Hispanic that cooked my food. She also seem like she was under the influence of something and it wasn't an education.

I am here for a surgery with my son. The entire Staff in the restaurant were absolutely AMAZING! They went out of the way to make sure we were all comfortable and taken care of. And the food was REALLY good too!
Zelia was great! She was super courteous! Even though she had a group that was meeting she still managed to take time to make sure I had special attention with my food and drinks. Love, love, love, her!!!!

Didn’t tell us the Belgian waffles were out until after we had placed our order. Sausage was a little cold. Other than that it was good!
