Some will say that passion is destructive. It is important to note that this is not a case concerning the BURDIGALA Brasserie. This team of enthusiasts has been able to combine work and passion to create a high quality local beer. Hate the artist! as the other would say (I especially recommend the tasting box to offer, which as far as I am concerned, made every time its small effect).
After a visit to the brewery, I see the serious work of this exceptional duo. They are serious, symptomatic and have ambition!!! I was able to taste almost all their range from Strasbourg via an online order. The packaging is nickel. No breaks. The associated medals are widely deserved.
How to say: I had a heart attack! See, taste these excellent beers made in such precarious conditions, so it is a bet to support that to help the brewery develop. For the first time in my life I invested in this micro business! And what a bottle design!
