A loyal customer of Terenez beers, I rented a shooter at the store for a family party. The FinisterAle has delighted everyone and the three casks have been consumed. Upon return to the store, a lost cup on the 100 loaned was charged, as provided in the contract. Again, disappointed by the welcome. No exchange with the person who cashes your purchases, no smile. You talk to her about making their products, especially their beer vinegar, and nothing! Remember that your brewery works with customers!
