reception and staff were very pleasant. common areas and impeccable room. the spa area is very pleasant and warm with its arch and stone walls. the proximity of the shopping street (pedestrian), the beach, the restaurant and the casino are a great point to enjoy the city without the constraint of the car

I love this place, it's pretty, very well located, the service is very good. I like hard beds, beds are too soft for me but everything is great! It's very well located, and the spa is great. It's in town while being quiet. I'm gonna go with my eyes closed.

very good hotel. very clean and functional room, well equipped and decorated. The spa pool is a very big plus, it's sublime. Breakfast formula at 7.5€ of bread, croissant, chocolate tea bread very well. very smiling and friendly staff.

We had a great stay. The suma pool area is really at the top. However in our room the air conditioning was blowing towards the bed. Be careful to be vigilant on the property. Skull, table not where badly cleaned. Painted. Book a table now

Very beautiful establishment ideally located in the heart of Saint Jean de Luz. Very pleasant welcome and team at our disposal. Perfectly appointed, optimized and soundproofed room. Great spa.
