Our experience at this restaurant started off well but took a turn for the worse when we received our food, which seemed to be intentionally made with cheaper cuts of meat. We ordered the picanha and requested that it be served hot and brought to our table first due to my wife being pregnant. The waiter rudely dismissed our request, stating that we must accept whatever is given to us or not eat at all. This kind of service was unacceptable, especially compared to our positive experiences with Rodizios in Sydney. The staff, particularly the larger man with a scruffy beard, were quite rude. The restaurant is located in the heart of all the action. It is easy to get to and is humming with food, chatter and happy guests. It is a good ,average restaurant. All the food was tasty, fresh and the staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. The reader I rate it average is for the quality of dining facilities, limited salads/vegetables no sauces or additional dressings and slippery floor. This restaurant had the lively atmosphere and appeal of a Brazilian street stall.
My partner and I had an incredible and unforgettable experience at this restaurant. The staff went above and beyond to make our anniversary special. I highly recommend this place, although I do have a small criticism about the slow rotation of the food that night. We had to wait quite a while to try the crocodile dish, but it was definitely worth the wait when it finally arrived.
The wait for the waiters was too long and the variety of food options was not as good as previous visits. The menu seemed to only offer chicken or steak, alternating between the two. We waited too long between each offer and eventually got fed up and left the restaurant still feeling hungry. Despite this, the food was great once it finally arrived.

Brazilian Flame Bar Grill was a highlight of our visit to the Gold Coast, food wise. The service was fantastic. The meats were all so delicious. We really did eat all we could! For the price, it was absolutely good value and a good experience. I'm definitely coming back again in the future when next I visit the Gold Coast.
The food was average, not anything special or close to authentic Brazilian barbecue. The service was terrible at first, but Pejota turned the night around! He was an amazing person.
