I have known about Bread Alone's fresh organic bread for many years, as it is available in various stores and farmer's markets in the Catskills and NYC area. The majority of their breads are vegan. Recently, I came across their cafes (there are four in total, with this review focusing on their 'kingston' location, though it is technically in Lake Katrine) and tried some of their delicious vegan sandwiches.
