Bumping this up a star over my previous review as it has been a few years since we have come here. The menu has variety of options with many keto friendly options which was a plus. We ordered just apps and ended up getting two orders of the Buffalo Chicken Meatballs. They were super crispy and really tasty. We also ordered the deviled ends and compared to last time they were not a soupy mess but just mediocre. I was really hoping that they had a keto friendly or skinny drink option but they didn't. If they did I probably would give 4 stars for what it is. I will say this location needs some major TLC (rotted window frames littered the exterior wall and some TVs looked washed out).
I had a wonderful experience at Brick House! The food was exceptional and the portions were generous. The service was top-notch and I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great time with fantastic people. A special shoutout to Ben and Sony for making me feel welcome, as well as the bartender Jada and waitress Alex for keeping the drinks coming. And a big congratulations to waitress Lauren on her new career in the Navy!
On a positive note, the person who helped me on the phone was very friendly. I also have a suggestion for the restaurant: when packaging takeout orders with chips, it would be better to package the chips separately. The chips were not enjoyable by the time I got home because they were in the same container as the hot burger, making them soft and soggy.
Do not visit this restaurant. The duck wings were delicious, but the service when paying the bill was a disaster. They tried to charge us for drinks we did not order, and it was difficult to explain to them that we needed a corrected receipt. The waitstaff here are very inexperienced. The concept of the restaurant is good, but the service is terrible.
