The staff was mostly young women, and while they were friendly, they weren't very attentive. If you're concerned about COVID precautions, it's worth noting that none of the staff wore masks, which I found odd since most restaurants in Illinois are enforcing that policy. On a positive note, the interior of the restaurant featured a delightful decor. When our food arrived, the burger was quite flavorful, although the cheese was just average. The bourbon glaze, however, truly enhanced the taste. I did notice that I wasn't asked about my preferred burger doneness, so it ended up being cooked well done instead of the medium I usually like. The prices on the menu are fair as well. The portions are generous and everything I've tried has been delicious. Plus, the cozy atmosphere adds to the experience!
