Wife and I attempted to take our toddler and newborn to lunch on a Friday. Appeared to have only one person working the floor (clearly not this person's fault). We waited for a significant amount of time at the entrance and were behind one other group. The one person working eventually sat the other group and they went on to the buffet. We continued to stand and wait with our children and after more time went by eventually left. The place was nearly empty with ample seating. The individual working never so much as greeted us or acknowledged the wait. Very disappointed.
I order pepperoni packed deep dish before it was a great pizza place. It is getting down hill. I order today the deep dish pizza is terrible taste. I didn't like it at all. I have to throw out away $25.00. I was very disappointed. I order pepperoni packed NY style was very good taste. Before I am coming to eat all time for 19 years Costumer Broadway pizza Maple Grove MN location. I will never order and go to eat in restaurant . You lost a Costumer. I give 5 stars before. .Now I give one star. I don't recommend Broadway pizza at Maple Grove MN location.
We Encountered the RUDEST host(middle aged balding guy) ever last night. We simply asked if we'd be able to get a table that had become available while he was shaking and moving (we had 2 hungry toddlers) otherwise we were just going to order to go. His reply was so nasty we packed up the kids and took them to Chick-fil-A without even responding to him. What a disappointing experience. I'm going to tell my friends, family, coworkers and clients to steer clear of this location.
App is a joke, offer 50% off up to $20 on your first order, but won't allow you to place an order. Called store and they said somebody else called also with same issue. Asked if they would honor the discount, they said no, you just have to keep trying. Tried 6 times unsuccessfully. Tried to order online, then it kept saying my email was incorrect, someone I've used for last 30 years. Need to get their act together.

Food is great but the service is just awful. 1pm on a weekday and it took ten minutes to seat me. Another ten minutes wait at the booth and no one took a drink order let alone food order. Noticed that people seated closer to the front got service quickly while I just sat waiting. I think if I ever go back it will be take out only.
I ordered a medium thin crust pizza The waitress brought me a small deep dish, that's the only complaint. She offered to fix it but we were in a hurry so I said I would live with it. When we going to leave she gave me my original order to go at no charge. Other than that I would go there again.
I know that this place has excellent food but please don't order the Promise Burger without checking out the ingredients. They promise no meat but it actually has no food. I'm still suffering. We will continue to order other food from this place but not that.
Took the kids to get pizza and soda our server Scott was SUPER amazing and attentive and a really kind and cool person. He kept the kids' mugs filled and food was fresh and good like we like it.Clean booths and nice vibe. Thanks, Broadway!

Extremely poor customer service. Rude employees and managers.Waited for over 5 minutes just to speak to someone when the restaurant was empty) about picking up an order and they refused to give it to me with out a bag to keep it warm
I moved from MN and had not had Broadway Pizza for six long years. I was not disappointed, the pizza is still delicious and the service was excellent.
