The staff went above and beyond to ensure our wedding was a dream come true. The venue itself is elegant and charming, with beautiful gardens and stunning architecture that provided a perfect backdrop for our ceremony and reception. I have recently got married here (July 2023) the whole team at Brockencote were friendly and attentive, they made my day run smoothly and to plan nothing was to much to ask. The wedding food was amazing with many of my guests saying there was plenty of it too! Staci the wedding co ordinator was amazing she made the wedding planning process easy and less stressful, she understood our vision and made it a dream come true. We had a delightful experience at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful, and the dinner was delicious - I highly recommend the tasting menu! Our breakfast the next morning was fantastic, and our server was attentive and patient. I would recommend this hotel for those seeking a quiet and relaxing stay. I rated the rooms a 4, the service a 5, and the location a 5. The highlights of the hotel were the great view, romantic atmosphere, quiet surroundings, and great value.
