Worst experience ever. Had a bad experience with the food taste a couple weeks ago but decided to give it another try. Yes.. this time was way worse. Got there and was told it was a 20 minutes wait, got the text that ?our table was about to be ready?,so we headed back and the guy at the front told it?d be a 4 minutes wait. Stood there for about other 35 minutes, in the meantime one of the girls was asking for the party names all over again and writing them down in a white board because apparentlysomething had happened to their table. we had the pleasure of being served by Allie during the Sunday morning rush at Broken Yolk Café, and I can't express enough how wonderful the experience was. Despite the café being jam-packed, Allie provided exceptional service, making our breakfast truly enjoyable. She was incredibly caring and thoughtful, staying on top of our table's needs effortlessly. Allie knew every item on the menu and helped my nephews select their food, ensuring everyone was happy with their choices. Her pleasant demeanor and attentiveness throughout our meal made a significant difference. Thanks to Allie, we will definitely be back. Kudos to Allie for her outstanding service!
Starting from the front door to the restroom, the cafe was exceptionally clean. The customer service was top-notch, with a very friendly and cheerful hostess welcoming me. Despite a bit of a rush, I was seated promptly. When it came to ordering drinks and food, everything arrived in a timely manner based on what I had ordered. My server, Sam, was absolutely fantastic (capitalized for emphasis). The food was incredibly fresh, hot, and delicious! I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back regularly. I ordered breakfast for all the nurses and was extremely disappointed to find a cooked bug in my ranchero skillet, which was already half eaten. I went back to the restaurant expecting a full refund of my entire purchase, but the general manager, Tarissa Fiorillo, refused to do so because no one else had bugs in their meals. Despite not saying anything in the restaurant full of customers out of respect for the business, I wish she had been more understanding and acknowledged that no one else finished their meals after the unpleasant surprise. It was a letdown.
The waitress, Nayo, was incredibly kind. I didn't catch the name of the woman who escorted me and my dog to our table, but she was also very gentle and friendly with my foster dog. (I dined on Nov. 6 around 12:30). The food was delicious and arrived promptly. I asked for the eggs to be scrambled and unseasoned so my dog could eat them, and they accommodated my request. Thank you!
The service at this restaurant is amazing, even when it's really busy! My husband and I tried this place for the first time and we will definitely be back. Our server, John, was incredibly friendly and we were surprised when our food came out in less than five minutes! Everything was hot, cooked perfectly, and delicious. Thank you, BYC!
Upon entering the restaurant, we were happily greeted by Gabriel. He went out of his way to explain their popular dishes and even suggested a delicious mimosa. The food was also incredibly tasty.
