I placed an order from Brooklyn Pizza, but there was an issue with my address from the very beginning. I had to repeat it five times to the person taking my order. After an hour, the driver called to say he was outside, but when I went out, he wasn’t there. It turned out he was at an address ten minutes away. I tried calling the restaurant to clarify the situation, but the staff member I spoke with kept getting the address wrong. After waiting for two hours, I had to cancel my order and request a refund. It’s disappointing because I used to enjoy this place, but the service seems to be deteriorating.
I placed a delivery order through their website. After waiting an hour, I called to check on it and was told it was on the way. Another hour and a half later, I called again, and they couldn’t find my order. They implied it was my fault for choosing delivery, saying it’s known to be unreliable. No apology was given. The pizza finally arrived after an hour and 40 minutes—and, unsurprisingly, it was cold. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here unless you want to be left hungry, frustrated, and with cold pizza.
The pizza at Brooklyn Pizza is tasty, but the staff can be quite rude. They frequently use their personal phones, causing customers to wait unnecessarily. It's unacceptable for employees to put personal calls ahead of customer service. The owner's response was unprofessional and hinted that they might have been the one on the phone. I suggest choosing other pizza spots that truly respect their customers' time and experience.
On Saturday night, our delivery took 1 hour and 40 minutes, which was significantly longer than the estimated 60-75 minutes. When we called to inquire about the status, all they could tell us was that it was "on its way." After waiting an additional 20 minutes, we tried calling again, but they didn't pick up. Furthermore, they overlooked my husband's request to omit the ranch dressing from his buffalo pizza.
