On a busy Saturday morning, I had asked a waiter if there was a list to which I was told to just wait for a free table. This seemed to be the way with the other patrons that were there before us. When there was one finally free we were told that another group was being sat there by a very rude staff member. When we said we had been waiting there for 40 minutes. He argued that they had been waiting for half an hour. I had even flagged with several staff members we were waiting for a table. I understand things get busy and people get missed but this staff member was rude. He could have easily apologised or worked to a solution.
