The family-run Gelato and Café Bar, based in Enmore, won for their delicious Watering Mandorla Affogato and Strawberry Balsamico (Gelato World Tour 2016). Since it was so famous when we came here, we decided to try it! The strawberry Balsamico (7/10) - I did not mix the balsamic, but it tastes like Straaaawiberry cheese. The Mandorla Affogato (8.5 / 10), which has adopted to be a turn of classic affiliogato, turns out to be really great, balanced sweetness. Both mix in 1 cone is a great decision, we get the sweet sour breath of coffee = yam !!!! Great ambience, nice service, as you could try a certain taste that has previously decided to buy one! Would like to try the salted caramel next...
The family-run gelato and coffee bar, based in Enmore won for their mouth-watering mandorla affogato and strawberry balsamic (Gelato world tour 2016). As it was so famous when we came here, we decided to try this one! The strawberry balsamic (7/10) - i didn't taste the balsamic but it taste like straaaawberry cheese. The mandorla affogato (8.5/10) which suppose to be a twist of classic affogato, turns out to be really great, well-balanced sweetness. Mix both into 1 cone is a great decision, we get the sweet-sour-a hint of coffee = YAM !!!! Great ambience, nice service as you could tried some flavor before decided to buy one! Would like to try the salted caramel next time ;)
I don't usually believe the food ratings but this indeed was the BEST gelato i have ever tasted! The almond affogato was their award-winning flavor but i personally fancy more their Hokey Pokey (chunks of toffee in creamy vanilla). Their interior gives a hippster feel that sets a perfect mood. They serve a whole lot of other flavors of gelato, a good set of cakes, and amazing coffee. Truly an indulgence for the sweet tooth or for those who simply want to chill and relax in a great find!
I usually do not believe the dietary events, but this was indeed the best gelato I've ever tasted! The almond affogato was her award-winning taste, but I personally stronger in her Hokey Pokey (Chunks of Toffee in Creamy Vanilla). Your inside gives a hippister feel that puts a perfect mood. They serve a variety of other flavors of gelato, a good set of cakes and amazing coffee. Really a pleasure for the sweet tooth or for those who simply cool in a great find and want to relax! This place is without a doubt one of the best in Sydney. It's not surprising that they've won so many awards. Their gelato is excellent - there's always a wide selection of flavours, and if you're not into gelato, they've also got an assortment of sorbets and desserts which are also delicious! Service is always fast even when there are big queues. You simply can't go wrong with Cow & The Moon for an ice cream/sugar hit!
Delicious gelato! My partner had blood orange gelato, after dinner mint, sticky date and dulce de lèche. I had the dulce de lèche and hazelnut Roche. Our favourites and biggest standouts were the hazelnut Roche (with loads of wafer pieces and actual pieces Ferrero Roche!) and the after dinner mint - it has the perfect amount of mint that gives that kick!
