I am giving this restaurant a star because they stay open too late. When I visited last week for coffee, I asked the staff about the regulations regarding their operating hours. They mentioned that they do not follow any additional rules. This is concerning, especially for the female employees I saw working that night. Despite this, the girls were lovely and the coffee was good.
My family visited Leicester for a competition and, while we were here, decided to have a wee afternoon treat. Lovely shop, nice and clean, staff were friendly and efficient, a lovely selection of hot food and cakes and a good menu of coffees so everyone got something they liked. Highly recommended.
Bru is an amazing spot to meet up with friends. Its right in the town center which is a great location. It has the best service and lovely staff. They have many options for seating. They offer a wide selection of coffees and desserts as well as sandwiches and ice cream. Definitely recommended.
Our experience in this coffee shop was not very positive. The staff were not very welcoming. The coffee was served lukewarm. The outside terrace area where we sat definitely needed some cleaning. Book a table now
The staff was incredible and very accommodating. I enjoyed the best flat white in town and delicious waffles (I tried the Oreo waffle with their homemade ice cream).
