First of all, the cashier asked for a tip while going through the drive-through. I thought that was interesting considering other drive-throughs don’t beg for tips. I ended up ordering 3 bagels and even tipped a dollar. When I got home and looked in the bag I only received 2 of the bagels I had ordered. I called and they offered me a refund. I decided to drive back to get the refund. The refund didn’t even include the tax for the bagel. So I paid tax on a bagel I never even received. It was interesting to learn that they didn 't have have enough bagels of my choice to make a dozen so I had no problem and got others and paid for the upgrade of the last four bagels to make the dozen and when I asked about the bakers dozen I was told that since I didn 't get all the same bagels that I was ineligible to recieve the additional one bagel that I inquired about. Not a big deal however since they were really low on everything at 12:45 pm and closed at 2;00pm in my opinion that 's not a good way to keep customers. Yeah, it's Brueggers. The bagel sandwich joint. Hard to mess up Brueggers, but wow, do they hate giving you sauce. Like they do not want you having extra sauce at all. Ask for a a couple sides of chipotle mayo, and they'll give you three ramicans 1/4 full, more plastic than sauce. Extra sauce on your sandwich? How about.. less sauce instead? Name me a single food that comes with enough sauce. Pasta? Needs more sauce. Pizza? More sauce. Brueggers bagels? You guessed it... Needs more sauce. Give the people what they want, Brueggers, stop being stingy and fill them containers up.
We are usually fans of Bruegger's, but the service around 11am today was disappointing. I waited 15 minutes in the drive-thru to pay $9 for two bagels, neither of which were toasted as I had requested and confirmed when ordering. The bagels also had very little cream cheese, with several spots having no cream cheese at all. They even asked for a tip, which I found unwarranted given the lack of service provided. Tipping should be reserved for exceptional service, and unfortunately, that was not the case here.

I agree. The bagels at this restaurant are delicious, but the service is terrible. The two young employees I interacted with had difficulty answering my questions and did not listen to my requests. I had to repeat myself several times to ensure my order was correct. It is disappointing to see such poor customer service. It would be beneficial for the staff to take pride in their work.
Love this place and will recommend it No waiting time is more than 5 minutes of perfect customer service .You feel welcome, and you can also relax outside with family ,I love their bagel and sermon. Whenever you visit them, let's know your choice of bagel
Not a fan of waiting 10 minutes for my $10 “HOT” sandwich to be ice cold on the inside. Inconvenient overpriced. Called to let them know, didn’t care or try to fix anything for me just said they’d let them whoever made it? know
Each time I visit this restaurant, the staff constantly pressures me to leave a tip. Considering the cost of my meal, I would prefer to dine elsewhere if they are going to expect a tip for simply doing their job.

Typical Brueggers bagels.. fantastic....I had the Brisket breakfast sandwich on an onion bagel... pretty darn tasty.... would have liked a bit more smoke on the brisket and it was pulled not sliced ..
