My family ordered a chippy from here through just eat at 5:55 given the arrival time of 6:50. Unfortunately after us waiting 20 mins phoned restaurant and were advised that our order had just left the shop and were given a new time of 7:35. After waiting past our second arrival time we then had to phone restaurant again and were told that another 4 orders were being delivered before so clearly we had been grouped with other later orders and left to last even though we ordered 2 hours prior to this!!!!!!!!
food excellent so would have marked higher priority wasn't given to the JUST EAT delivery drivers ahead of them and had to wait while they're orders were presented to them most annoying. I was also a bit disappointed with the guy doing the frying who seemed to be walking around cooking well on his mobile phone I know this is a only chip shop not a restaurant but give you a question he couldn't be bothered
Excellent Fish Supper, well cooked and tasty. For smaller appetites they small fish suppers which are cheaper. Varied selection of other food available. Fish supper is Scottish term for fish and chips and the regular fish used is Haddock They also sell various soft drinks such Barrs Iru Bru.
Ordered food over the phone directly and it took an hour and a half to arrive. When it did come the chips were soggy and greasy. We are regular customers but will not be using Bruno's again if this is how they treat their regulars. There are plenty other places we can order from.

Chippies may come and go in the area, but Bruno's consistency surpasses them all. The staff is friendly and the food is always hot and delicious, never greasy. The orders are always delivered by a friendly driver. I highly recommend Bruno's over other options in the area.
The food at this restaurant is delicious, but they can be a bit stingy with the curry sauce. If you're getting chips with curry or a curry meal, make sure to ask for extra curry sauce when you place your order.
This is a good fish and chip shop. I wish they offered a "wait for fresh items" option as I would rather wait 10 minutes for freshly cooked fish. The staff are always friendly.
Would recommend people polite and great to go in for your chips always helpful nothing a bother to them special fish is great
