Updated 9/2023New staff. Same great service. The person who helped us was named J Jeremiah I think. He went out out his way to make the food fresh. My wife is particular alot her wings and these really hit the spot. Our 2 year old is also a handful in restaurants but he was more than helpful with him and making sure we had all we needed. Promote that guy!Old Review:Had an issue with an online order and payment but Jill the manager stepped up and took care of the issue and left me feeling good about this restaurant. Alex and the rest of the Bubbakoo’s team made our night! My twins were feeling bummed because they both have injuries and were unableto participate at football practice, plus it is their birthday! We went to get some dinner and not only were we treated great, but despite the fact that it was almost time to close, the wholestaff sang Happy Birthday to my sons and just made them feel so special and smile. I truly thank you all. You went so out of your way to make two 11 year olds smile at the end of your long day and not only did we enjoy the delicious dinner, but we had smiles from ear to ear.
Stopped in this location on a Tuesday evening and had a 5 star experience. The staff was upbeat, moving, cleaning, and just a pleasure to be around. The one guy was singing along with the music! My burrito was over stuffed. Portions are generous. Priced as expected. Definitely returning. :)Kudos to you for creating a great work environment.
