Buchhorner Suben was our second choice for dinner in Friedrichshafen but it turned out to be a perfect choice. As a main course we had local white fish with almond butter, spinach and parsley potatoes, swabian strip loin steak with roasted onions and thyme-jus, bacon-beans...and homemade Spätzles and chicken steaks for children. From the sweets we had dessert variation “Buchhorner Stuben” and variation of black and white mousse au chocolat. All meals were delicious and serving was stylish as well. over we have been very satisfied also with service. Serving waitress was professional, flexible and modest.

In a restaurant with this reputation you expect a warm welcome and a particular attention by the staff. .....any smile, the attitude of the waitress was unacceptable, after min waiting we asked for our starters and she just said that they had a group...to serve. We had to refill ourself our glasses, because she forgot that the bottle was not empty. Any empathy from the beginning to the end. Luckily the food was delicious. The bill was correct. ...a suggestion to this young lady: change job, you do not have the right attitude for this business
